About this listing

The apartment has 2 bedrooms both with double beds, plenty of built-in storage for your luggage that can accommodates up to 4 guests (1 infant can be accommodated additionally in a crib, upon request). Perfect for couples, solo adventurers and small families.

There is one family bathroom finished to a modern standard with shampoo, shower gel and hand-wash, towels all provided and a heated towel rail to warm your towels. The main living area is open plan, comprising of a kitchen with all the expected appliances, dining and sitting area with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and TV (with Netflix and a selection of international TV channels) and free wifi.

Calheta beach, one of the best sandy and family friendly beaches on the island is reachable on foot in approximately 15 /- minutes via a footpath. Some of the conveniences at the beach include plenty of restaurants, a well stocked supermarket (Pingo Doce), a cash machine, taxi rank and Whale and Dolphin tour operators. A car is highly recommended.

What truly makes this apartment special is the generous private outside space and large infinity pool with spectacular views of the Atlantic and Calheta Marina and the calmness of the surrounding area. Set away from the main road you can truly relax here, listening to the Atlantic Ocean and the birds chirping.

Please note: There are some small renovation works taking place at a nearby property, which started in 2025. The work is intermittent, with periods of activity followed by pauses that can last several months. For this reason, we are unable to predict when work will be taking place.
