Accommodation Bulletin – Ana View
Since 2007, Portuguese law requires accommodation providers to record the identification details of all non-Portuguese nationals staying in paid accommodation and to submit an Accommodation Bulletin through the official SIBA portal. This obligation applies to hotels, local accommodation, and similar providers.
SIBA (Sistema de Informação de Boletins de Alojamento) is the national platform where guest entries and departures must be reported. Immigration matters formerly handled by SEF are now managed by AIMA (Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum). All submissions are made electronically via the SIBA portal.
You must communicate each guest’s check-in and, when applicable, check-out within three working days of those dates. Please complete this form accurately — the information will be securely transmitted according to Portuguese law.
