Flat-screen TVs are provided in the living area and each of the bedrooms with local satellite TV and some international channels, as well as Netflix. The property benefits from a large secure garage for up to two cars. Inside the garage, there is a laundry area with a Samsung washing machine and a Miele dryer, along with a sink/laundry area. Indoor and outdoor clotheslines are also provided. Free Wi-Fi access is also available on the property.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be aware that the third bedroom with the en-suite is located in the basement and therefore does not have views. However, there is a skylight that allows plenty of natural light into the bedroom and private bathroom.
